• Improving law enforcement's image in the community through charitable contributions and volunteer events
  
  
• Improving working relationships and camaraderie among local police agencies through social activities
  
  
• Providing emotional or monetary support for families of fallen or injured police officers - Direct support of Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS)
  
  
• Providing free or low cost training to LEO including promotional processes, drug trafficking, legal matters and officer safety
  
  
• Memorializing fallen officers - Support and help maintain state law enforcement memorial on the capitol campus
  
  
• Providing an avenue for legal defense involving criminal, civil or administrative cases
  
  
• Monitoring and supporting legislation in support of law enforcement
  
  
• Providing a united defense against those who attempt to do harm to law enforcement officers or their families
  
  
• When necessary, providing a voice for officers of smaller communities who may not have adequate representation
